SHIPPING RATES

Free Shipping:
- Complimentary shipping on all orders $500 and above
- Applies to standard delivery (5-8 business days)

Orders Under $500:
- Calculated at checkout based on carrier rates
- Rates vary by item weight, size, and destination
- Multiple shipping speed options available

PROCESSING TIME

Standard Orders:
- Most orders ship within 2-3 business days
- You'll receive order confirmation immediately
- Shipping confirmation with tracking sent when order ships

Custom or Special Orders:
- May require 2-4 weeks for processing
- Estimated delivery time provided at checkout
- We'll notify you of any delays

DELIVERY TIME

Standard Shipping (Economy):
- 5-8 business days within continental US
- Tracking provided for all shipments

Expedited Shipping:
- Available at checkout for faster delivery
- 2-3 business days for most items
- Not available for oversized furniture

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship to:
- All 50 United States
- APO/FPO addresses (standard shipping only)

International Shipping:
- Not currently available
- Contact us for special international requests

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

- Tracking number sent via email when order ships
- Track packages through carrier website
- Contact us if tracking shows no movement for 3+ days

DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

Signature:
- May be required for high-value items
- Someone must be available to receive package

Large Items:
- Furniture and oversized items may require freight shipping
- Curbside delivery is standard
- White glove delivery available for additional fee (contact us)

DELIVERY ISSUES

Package Shows Delivered But Not Received:
- Check with neighbors and building management
- Verify delivery address in your order confirmation
- Contact us within 48 hours if package cannot be located

Damaged Packages:
- Inspect packages upon delivery
- Note any visible damage on delivery receipt
- Photograph damage and contact us immediately at support@infinitelyinspiredinteriors.com
- Do not discard packaging until claim is resolved

Lost Packages:
- Contact us if tracking shows no updates for 7+ days
- We'll work with carrier to locate your package
- Replacement or refund issued if package confirmed lost

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We cannot ship to:
- PO Boxes (for large furniture items)
- International addresses (at this time)
- Certain remote locations (contact us to verify)

HOLIDAYS AND WEATHER

- Shipping may be delayed during peak holiday seasons
- Severe weather may cause carrier delays
- We'll notify you of any significant delays

MULTIPLE ITEMS

- Orders may ship in multiple packages
- Each package receives separate tracking
- All packages typically arrive within same timeframe
