At Infinitely Inspired Interiors, we stand behind the quality of our luxury home decor and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
Items that cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized items
- Final sale items
- Items marked as non-returnable
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
RETURN PROCESS
1. Contact us at support@infinitelyinspiredinteriors.com within 30 days of delivery
2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return
3. We'll provide return authorization and shipping instructions
4. Ship the item back in its original packaging
5. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
REFUND METHOD
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately at support@infinitelyinspiredinteriors.com
- Provide photos of the damage and packaging
- We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like.
